All of Matsmiths products are quality checked against defects and should a quality issue arise please contact our customer services team on 01204 705070 or email info@matsmiths.co.uk You can also return your unused mat within 28 days of purchase for a refund if it is not suitable. MATSMITHS (standard and premium) products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for at least 1 year.
- Bar Runners are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 1 year.
- Casino mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 1 years.
- Darts Oche mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 1 years.
- Keyboard mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.
- Exercise Bike mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.
- Golf mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.
- Entranceway & Area mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 5 years.
- Knee Saver and Knee Saver Safety products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 5 years.
